WINE MAKING
In September, we manually gather the grapes and, once destemmed and crushed, the juice and skins undergo a period of rest together in stainless steel tanks. Following this, the juice is then transferred to another stainless steel tank, where fermentation takes place over approximately 10 days.
AGEING
In steel tanks until bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Bright pink gold color. Vivid and fruity with nice bushy red fruits, ginger and chamomile aromas at the nose. It’s easy-drinking, fresh and sapid, vertical and lightly grippy on the palate.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Great wine for aperitif, perfect with tasty cold meats and fresh cheeses. Perfect pairing is with pizza and focaccia. The recommended drinking temperature is between 10-12°C (50°-54°F).

This wine is the last born of our line up and it wants to highlight the vividness of our grapes’ aromas.
